Commissions and "Trades"

I welcome commissions, including, but not limited to, the following:

Portraiture:
I photograph individuals, families, children, groups, etc. I'm easy to work with, and my rates are reasonable. Because of the variable factors involved in any particular portrait commission, prices will reflect your particular needs.

Weddings:
I will photograph your wedding (or other special event) with sensitivity and an eye toward the beautiful, the poignant, and the magic moment. My medium is black-and-white, which is classic, timeless, artful. All images are hand-printed and chemically toned for beauty and longevity.

Dance (and performance) photography:
I have a particular interest in photographing dancers, both individuals and collectives, in motion and otherwise. I've created a substantial body of work in this area, with many of my images being used promotionally by dance organizations. You will not find better quality work for such reasonable rates, which are purposely set low for individual dancers and non-profit groups.

Headshots:
If you're an actor, musician, etc., I will do your “headshots (either conventional or imaginative) at very reasonable rates.

Model portfolios:
I am happy, on occasion, to do “trades” with models (professional or aspiring) who require high-quality portfolio images. If I feel you are a compelling subject, I will waive all fees and “pay” you generously with beautiful, classic, black-and-white photographic images. Nudity not required.
